Online Return Policy

It is always the hope that customers are satisfied with their order, but if there is a need to return a product please review the following:

A valid reciept or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

All merchandise unopend and in the orginal condition returned within 30 days of purchase may be exhanged or refunded to the orginal form of tender.

Two Ways to Return for Refund:

  • Bring your receipt and items with you when you visit Tech Treasures.
  • Return by mail. Click "Contact Us" in the footer to view the store's telephone number to call for current store hours.

Steps to Return by Mail

  1. Package your items securely
  2. Please include a copy of your confirmation email or orer details with your return. If you do not have this information, simply include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.
  3. Return shipping is at your expense. Tech Treasures is not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s). Address Package to: Tech Treasure Online Return 1600. E. Washington Blvd Ft Wayne, IN 46803
  4. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your reund is issued.
  5. Your refund will be made to the orginal credit card the purchase was made.

Given limited quantities of inventory online exhanges are not processed at this time. If the unopened merchandise is returned to the ground store exchanges can be processed if inventory allows.
