It is always the hope that customers are satisfied with their order, but if there is a need to return a product please review the following:
A valid reciept or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
All merchandise unopend and in the orginal condition returned within 30 days of purchase may be exhanged or refunded to the orginal form of tender.
Given limited quantities of inventory online exhanges are not processed at this time. If the unopened merchandise is returned to the ground store exchanges can be processed if inventory allows.
